Skylight Replacement & Roof Repair
Client had a bad, leaking skylight and put off getting it replaced for so long the tarp they used to stop the rain had deteriorated to dust. The previous contractor didn't install it right and installed the waterproofing flashing backwards which made the problem worse, cracking the glass in the winter. So we came in with a new 52" x 52" Skylight to replace the old one. But once we were able to get some of the shingles pulled up, we discovered all the roofing and fascia around the skylight had been heavily damaged by the leak, and needed to be replaced as well. Job took 2-days to complete.

Foundation Cave-In
This was a pretty scary job. The interior foundation had collapsed in on itself and was causing the exterior foundation to follow suit. You could literally see sunlight under the exterior foundation and hear the dirt slipping away into the remaining space of the basement. The house foundation was days away from a complete collapse. Thankfully we were able to get supports in place, in time to keep us safe while we raced to build a new, stronger concrete block foundation. Job took 12-days to complete.

New Wood Deck
The homeowner of this tiny 3bd-1ba home didn't have a large budget but wanted to build the biggest deck he could in the hopes of making his tiny yellow home appear to be bigger. He also wanted a little more character in the construction so we added a couple whistles and bells to the build to give it a little more than your typical wood deck. In the end, it was a fun project. 7-days to complete.
